As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll manage a variety of office tasks and customer interactions with a strong focus on booking appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments with precision and high conversion rates.
- Respond to customer inquiries with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Utilize critical thinking to de-escalate issues and deliver effective resolutions promptly.
- Stay updated on Popsicle Air's products and services to provide accurate assistance.
- Accurately record customer interactions and actions taken, ensuring timely updates.
- Meet productivity goals and quality standards while adhering to call scripts and workflows.
- Adapt to various tasks within the office, including assisting with administrative duties when needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of call center experience (HVAC or plumbing industry experience is a plus).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with accuracy.
- Passion for providing superior client service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and excellent decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, with clear speech, hearing, and listening capabilities.
